   Small buttons. You used to listen to your experts like Jakob Nielsen, who prescribe buttons that are larger the more you have to click on them. Yours are the smallest.
   
   That said, I notice that Gmail is just as bad. Look at those back/forward arrows! Hahahahaha!

2. Hey, Apple. What about these flimsy cords?

These things are $29, and I've repaired this one three times. Look at it! You can surely do better than that.
